TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase define the ordering, payment, delivery, return and product complaint procedure, copyright protection and general terms and conditions when purchasing products/services offered in this online shop. www.sjever.org can be used for your private use without any user fees and according to the following terms and rules.
The seller is SJEVER d.o.o and the customer is a visitor to these pages who completes an electronic order and pays by debit/credit card or cash on delivery.
2. Order Process
The customer orders the product via the electronic order form.
A customer is any person who orders at least one product electronically, fills in the required information and sends the order.
All prices are quoted in EURO, including VAT.
The goods are ordered electronically by saving them in the shopping cart. The goods are considered ordered when the customer selects and confirms the payment method.
3. Payment Procedure
Ordered products or services are paid for online using one of the debit/credit cards: AmericanExpress, MasterCard® or Visa. In addition to online payment, it is possible to pay for the order by cash on delivery or COD.
The ordered products are shipped after the money has been transferred to the merchant’s account
4. Delivery Conditions
The seller undertakes to send the consignment to the buyer as soon as he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction.
In the case of immediately available goods, delivery will be made on the same working day after receipt of the order.
The ordered products will be packed in such a way that they will not be damaged during normal handling.
If the goods are not available, the seller will inform the customer (in writing or by telephone) of the possible delivery date. The customer may then accept the new delivery date or cancel the order.
The customer is obliged to check for any damage when taking delivery of the goods and to report this immediately to the delivery person who delivered the goods or to refuse to accept a consignment with externally visible damage.
The seller declines all responsibility for any damage that may occur during delivery.
If the buyer does not receive the goods or the delivery notification in the expected time after shipment, the buyer has the right to inform the seller so that measures can be taken to find the shipment or send a replacement.
If the buyer refuses to accept the goods ordered, the seller has the right to claim reimbursement from the buyer for all costs associated with the delivery.
The delivery agent may (or may not) contact you prior to delivery. If you would like the delivery person to contact you, please let us know.
5. Complaint and Return Conditions
The Seller undertakes to deliver a technically correct product that is identical to the product description listed at www.Sjever.org. The image of the product in the Online Shop does not have to fully correspond to the actual appearance of the product and the Customer cannot advertise this segment (e.g. colour shades, etc.).
In case of a technical defect of the product, the buyer is obliged to file a claim within 4 working days and return the technically defective product by mail. www.Sjever.org undertakes to resolve the complaint received within 40 working days.
In case of a refund, www.Sjever.org undertakes to pay it to the customer within 14 working days. The return shipment is inclusive of shipping costs (except in cases where the customer chooses special shipping).
